Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to https://solidobjects.pro and the related services provided by Craftsman Founder LLC, doing business as Solid Objects Pro ("Solid Objects Pro", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, downloading licensed software, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Effective date: August 16, 2026

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login and private package registry credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly notifying us if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.

Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices, taxes, and the renewal schedule are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your use of Stripe's payment services is also subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

You may cancel through the billing controls available in your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Apart from the money back guarantee described below, cancellation does not ordinarily refund charges already paid, except where required by law or expressly agreed by us. We may change future prices by providing reasonable advance notice.

Refund term. Unless the applicable invoice or order says otherwise, you may request a full refund within 14 days after initial delivery for any reason. Ask through the support page or by email. No explanation is required. This term does not cover later renewals.

Software Licences

A paid subscription provides access to the private packages included in the selected plan. Your right to install, use, copy, or distribute those packages is governed by the licence text delivered with each package. These Terms do not expand or replace that software licence.

You may not share registry credentials outside the people covered by your plan, publish private packages to a public registry, remove proprietary notices, or use the service to obtain or distribute software beyond the scope of the applicable licence.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the service in violation of applicable law or another person's rights;
  • probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, rate limits, or security controls;
  • introduce malicious code or use the service to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to another system;
  • send spam, fraudulent material, harassment, or unlawful content through the service;
  • scrape or download private registry content beyond normal development, deployment, backup, and continuous integration use; or
  • impersonate Solid Objects Pro or misrepresent your relationship with us.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms or a software licence, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with law.

Intellectual Property

The website, service, branding, documentation, and private software packages are owned by or licensed to Solid Objects Pro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Open source components remain governed by their respective open source licences.

If you send feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of your software, data, or other materials merely because you use our service.

Availability and Third-Party Services

We work to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The service depends on third-party providers, including payment, email, hosting, and analytics services. Their availability and conduct are outside our control.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, service, documentation, and software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solid Objects Pro and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, use, or data, arising from or related to the service or software.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising from or related to the service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms by publishing the revised version on this page and changing the effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, licence restrictions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not subject to a mandatory dispute process under applicable law will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
